Coronavirus P.6: The Light of Life

Recently we have been discussing the law of the Spirit of life in Messiah Yeshua as it relates to the law of sin and death.

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3  For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

Romans 8:1 -3

We see this principle played out in the very first few verses of the Bible. In Genesis 1:4, when God said “Let there be light”, He was not speaking of illumination. That is clear because the sun and moon were not created until day 4.

The light / energy / “life force” that God sent forth overcame the energy / force of evil / darkness.

This same principle is related in Romans 8:2 whereby the law of the Spirit of life overcomes the law of sin and death.

The coronavirus is but one of many dark forces at work in the world today. However, praise God that through Yeshua, you were (re)created to overcome darkness in whatever form it may take.
