Following is is a brief summary today’s “God’s Kingdom” radio program which is broadcast live, daily at 6:30 AM PT on Kingdom Realm Radio, with replays in the evening.
Do you see God as your “sugar daddy”?
There are several streams of America’s mainstream religion that seem to believe that God is a big sugar daddy in the sky who will always meet your need regardless of your commitment to Him but that is not the case.
The Bible teaches us that Yahweh God is exceedingly gracious, merciful, loving, forgiving, and on and on it goes.
However, the Bible ALSO teaches that in order to walk with God, He requires commitment.
To assume that God is going to somehow come to save you in the nick of time just because you exist is an error: Maybe even a fatal error.
1. Luke 16:10-12 “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else’s property, who will give you property of your own?”
2. Matthew 24:45-46 “Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns.”
4. 1 Corinthians 4:2 “Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.”
5. Proverbs 28:20 “A faithful man will abound with blessings, But he who makes haste to be rich will not go unpunished.”
The condition for a miracle is difficulty, however the condition for a great miracle is not difficulty, but impossibility.Angus Buchan:
There is much, much more packed into this broadcast and so I encourage you to listen to the complete program.
