Then said He, unto what is the kingdom of God like? and whereunto shall I resemble it? 19 It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew into a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it. 20 And again He said, Whereunto shall I liken the kingdom of God? 21 It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.Luke 13:18-21
This Scripture is sometimes explained as to say that the Kingdom of God is small. but that is not what it is saying.
This Scripture is saying that although the Kingdom of God may manifest in a reduced manner, it grows into something much larger.
In the same way, as the Kingdom of God is within us, it starts slowly and gathers momentum. It is by “reason of use” that we exercise our heavenly attributes in order to become proficient in Kingdom realities.
There are many obstacles that work to prevent us from moving forward in the Kingdom of God: generational sin, personal sin, lack of knowledge, lack of faith, demonic oppression, word curses, land curses, and a divided house are some of those reasons.
