There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are…

You Can’t…. You’re not good enough! Lies… Lies… Lies…
Words don’t break your bones…. but they sure can hurt you
You can’t __________ because ________: Because we live in a fallen world, at some point, everyone will clash with these harsh attacks, even if only from within. However it is important that we accept that they are vile lies.
Negative words: You can’t / won’t get right with God, get that job, change, amount to anything, etc. because … you always have, never have, are not good enough, are a bad person, not smart enough etc.
Words like these can do so much harm in a life; especially in that of a young person. But you need to remember that these are lies and you can rise above them.
One of satan’s most effective methods of destruction is to make people believe lies
In Genises 3:5 satan told Eve that when you eat of the tree “your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”
Part of what satan was telling Eve was “You aren’t good enough”, “God hasn’t given you enough”, “you’re incomplete”, “you need to be enlightened”. But “if you do what I tell you, you will live”, etc., etc., etc.
Don’t believe the lies!
satan is a real and literal being. He is a liar and has been from his beginning. In Is. 14:14 he said “I will ascend above the heights of the clouds. I will be like the Most High”; but that was a lie.
When satan told Eve “you shall not surely die” he lied.
When satan told you that you are bad, ugly or you can’t, he lied.
satan speaks through people today just as he has before. satan has not changed. His tactics are the same today as they were in days of old. He is a liar, thief and murderer. Don’t believe the lies. Believe the truth. Believe what is true and honest. Lies will bind you to death but the Truth will set you free.
satan is a liar and has been from the beginning. While speaking to some of satan’s followers Jesus said:
“You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. John 8:44
Embrace the Truth!
The truth is that you were wonderfully made in the image of All Mighty God. You were given all you need to fulfill His plans and purposes and if you allow Him, God will continue to help you now and forever. Commit yourself to Him and He will see you through to the end, helping you all the way.
You were wonderfully made and God loves you just the way you are. He loves you enough to accept you the way you are and too much to leave you that way.
